Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombai hingga harum, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk sambil dituangi susu sedikit demi sedikit, hingga adonan licin.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan udang cincang, lada, garam, dan gula, aduk hingga adonan matang, masukkan seldri, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ambil satu crackers, lapisi permukaannya setebal 1/2 cm dengan adonan udang, tutup atasnya dengan crackers, tekan supaya melekat.&lt;br /&gt;4. Iris tempe setipis mungkin, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tempatkan tepung beras dalam wadah, taruh bumbu halus, aduk sambil dituangi air sedikit demi sedikit sampai rata. Kocok putih telur bersama cream of tartar dan gula pasir hingga putih dan kaku.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan susu bubuk dan tepung terigu ke dalamnya sambil diayak.&lt;br /&gt;3. Terakhir tuangkan margarin cair. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bagi adonan menjadi tiga bagian. Buat cake, kocok telur dan gula pasir sampai kaku. Ayak tepung terigu, maizena, cokelat bubuk, susu bubuk ke atas adonan sambil diaduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuangkan mentega leleh. Aduk rata. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang bulat 22 cm yang telah dioles margarin dan dialasi kertas.&lt;br /&gt;3. Oven kue dengan suhu 160 derajat celsius selama 45 menit. Angkat lalu dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Sementara itu buat sirup, rebus air dan gula sampai mendidih, dinginkan lalu campur dengan kirch.&lt;br /&gt;5. Belah kue menjadi 2 tumpuk. Percikkan tiap permukaan kue dengan sirup. Kocok putih telur sampai kental. Masukkan gula pasir sambil terus dikocok sampai kaku.&lt;br /&gt;2. Ayakkan tepung terigu di atas adonan telur sambil diaduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur santan dengan minyak lalu tuang dalam adonan. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian. Satu bagian dibiarkan tanpa warna. Dua bagian yang lain, masing-masing diberi warna merah dan hijau. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang adonan putih satu sendok sayur ke dalam loyang loaf ukuran 11 x 22 x 5 cm yang telah dioles margarin dan dialasi kertas. Siapkan loyang bulat berdiameter 18 cm, basahi dengan air.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;2. Campur susu kental manis, air, agar-agar, aduk rata, lalu masak di atas api kecil hingga mendidih. Sisihkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;3. Kocok telur, gula, vanila hingga mengembang dan kental, masukkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit bergantian dengan margarin cair, aduk rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;4. Tuang agar panas ke dalam adonan telur, kocok perlahan hingga tercampur rata. Bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian, sebagian campur dengan cokelat, aduk rata, yang sebagian lagi biarkan berwarna kuning.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;5. Tuang 100 ml adonan kuning pada bagian tengah loyang, tuangkan kembali 50 ml adonan cokelat di atas adonan kuning. Lakukan terus secara bergantian hingga kedua adonan habis. Bahan cake: kocok margarin, gula bubuk hingga mengembang, tambahkan kuning dan putih telur, kocok rata.
